Because of the thick old walls and well insulated new roof this house gives a pleasant coolness and even in summer no air conditioning is needed.
This house is also very suitable for winter rentals, there is a cozy wood stove and also underfloor heating.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

We ask for a deposit of 30% to confirm your booking

The balance will be paid 4 weeks before your arrival with a rental guarantee of 250€ which will be returned to you within 7 days of your departure.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

In case of cancellation by you 4 weeks or more before your arrival, we will keep 50% of your deposit.

In case of cancellation by you less than 4 weeks before your arrival, we will keep 50% of the amount already paid.

WHAT ABOUT COVID PERIOD ?

These following refund conditions are only valid if the health situation has changed negatively AFTER your booking.
At present, many governments don't recommend travel abroad for the coming months. Most government recommendations are advisory and therefore not binding. It is your responsibility to decide whether or not you wish to travel, but we encourage you to check with your own foreign ministry.

In case of cancellation beyond your control for reasons related to Covid19 :
- cancellation of your flight without the possibility of taking another flight in the next few days
- travel ban
- compulsory quarantine imposed on your arrival or return
We will only keep the deposit, regardless of the time of cancellation. The balance will be refund to you.
